The program culminates with running the May 11 Donut Dash 5K with a registered parent or guardian (or other designated registered adult).
Training will be on Wednesdays from 3:15 – 4:00 p.m. each week, hosted at ERA. The program will run April 3 – May 8, with the race on May 11.
Basic qualifications: In good health with no health problems, or cleared by a licensed physician.
