Dear Families of Eagle Ridge Academy’s Class of 2025,

The end of the year is quickly approaching, and we are looking forward to the commencement ceremony for Eagle Ridge Academy’s Class of 2024. As is tradition, the commencement will be hosted by this year’s junior class. We ask that juniors are in attendance for the commencement ceremony to be held on Friday, June 7, at 7:00 p.m. The juniors will host both the ceremony and the reception following the ceremony. Duties will include greeting guests, collecting tickets, handing out programs, serving as flag bearers, participating in the sword ceremony, and assisting in the set-up and clean-up of the reception. THE JUNIOR AND PARENT 2024 COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY VOLUNTEER FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY MAY 13. The first 10 students to complete the form will have the opportunity to participate in the sword ceremony.

We are also asking for parental participation. We need 2-3 parents to help with the reception following commencement. This is a celebration for staff as well; we would like to limit the duties required of them, leaving them free to enjoy the evening. Please complete this form to volunteer as a parent.

Practice for the ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 6, at 1:00 p.m. Students will be released at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided after the day’s release and following that, we will head to the church for practice. Transportation to practice will be provided, if needed.
