The Winter Sports Eligibility Meeting for grades 7-12 will be held in the Eagle Ridge Academy Auditorium on Wednesday, November 5, at 5:30 p.m. 🏀 Families are required to attend one eligibility meeting per year. During the meeting, Activities Director Sean McMenomy will review MSHSL bylaws and ERA policies, provide an overview of the coming winter season, and introduce some of the winter coaches. There will also be time for Q & A. Please plan for 40-60 minutes.
Students should have the MSHSL Annual Eligibility Form printed and signed for your coaches on the first day of practice. Students must also complete the Sports Qualifying Physical Exam once every three years. These are uploaded into the rSchool registration system if your child is due for a physical this year. This is a requirement before you can begin to practice at the Varsity, JV and C team levels. Give to the Max is a statewide outpouring of support for thousands of nonprofits and schools across Minnesota. Ben Montville will speak during the gala program. Ben attended Eagle Ridge Academy for 13 years (K-12) and graduated in 2024. Itisha Budamagunta, School of Logic sixth grader and three-time City of Eden Prairie Words in Action contest winner, will share her inspiration behind the art pieces and her hopes to put her words into action at the gala. Ritisha Raju, School of Logic seventh grader, will perform at the gala. Karen Sorbo will once again emcee and lead the auction, and The Jon de Vaal Trio will perform during the gala social hour.

Formal dress is required for school portraits. Teachers will ask students if they are taking retakes and will direct them to get their photos taken; no other action needs to be taken prior to Retake Day.
