Congratulations to our Fall 2025 School of Rhetoric Olympus Club members! 👏
Admittance into the Olympus Club appropriately reflects the endless hours these students have spent securing a 2025-26 first semester grade point average of a 3.33 or above, along with embodying the CIPHER pillars on a daily basis. Olympus Club recognition is more than an honor roll, it also acknowledges students who display The Gryphon Way through a commitment toward attendance (fewer than 3 tardies all semester) and behavior (fewer than 3 Pillar Referrals, no detentions or infractions).
Our scholars have been recognized in grade-level assemblies and presented with a certificate suitable for framing. They are permitted to wear Spirit Wear during interim assessments this Wednesday-Friday. #GoGryphons #CIPHER

The winner of the meme category was senior Dante W. (referencing "Tis but a flesh wound!), the winner of the mismatch category was senior Quinn L. , the winner of the teacher impersonator category was sophomore Kevin B. (dressed as Dr. Good!), and the winner of the bougie category was junior Q S.
The money raised from this fundraiser will go towards Student Senate events. Thank you to everyone that participated! #GoGryphons

Happy almost Pi Day, Gryphons! Celebrating March 14 (3.14) is a tradition at Eagle Ridge Academy. For over a month, School of Grammar fourth graders have been practicing the memorization of pi. This morning, the thirteen fourth graders who memorized the most digits of pi showed off their amazing memorization skills by reciting pi in the Auditorium in front of their entire grade, making it look as easy as 3.14159! 𝛑
This year’s first place winner, Ameera R. from Sheppard's class, recited a remarkable 202 digits of pi! It was neck and neck for second and third place, with Aaradhya G. from Sheppard's class reciting 78 digits of pi, and Aarush K. from Harris' class reciting 77 digits of pi. Incredible work, fourth graders!
The celebration continued with slices of pie at the end of the day. 🥧 Thank you to our fourth grade parents for generously donating pies to our classrooms, and thank you to our fourth grade grade teachers for organizing this beloved tradition year after year. #GoGryphons
qualification matches today and tomorrow morning, with the hope of making it to the finals tomorrow afternoon! View event information here: https://www.firstinspires.org/event-detail?eventId=76327.
In the qualification matches, the tERAbytes will be randomly matched with two other teams (an alliance) and compete against another alliance. Who they are matched with changes, so they could be against a robot one match and with that robot another match. The first 15 seconds is autonomous, and then the drivers take over. In this game, they will need to retrieve balls and shoot them into a specific area to score points. The last 15 seconds is an end game, which is to hang their robot from something. The team can earn points for various things in each match, including “ranking points.” The matches are exciting to watch! Tune in via the livestream here: https://www.youtube.com/live/SlexEz83_KU. Good luck, tERAbytes! #GoGryphons

The overall March School of Logic House winner, with a total of 847 points, was Probitas! Your goodness reigns champion this month. 🐘
During these Gryphon Games, students competed shake off post-it notes and knock over water bottles with a ball inside of a head sock. Teachers competed too! Great job earning House points, Gryphons. See if you can beat your totals during this next tracking period! #GoGryphons
Congratulations to School of Logic sixth grader Itisha B. on her excellent performance at the Regional Spelling Bee last Thursday. 🐝 There were 77 schools represented from the metro area and she placed in the top FIVE!
"I had a lot of fun preparing for the Spelling Bee, especially being able to practice with my parents, younger brother, and teachers. I wasn't sure what it would feel like to prepare for the regional competition, but I enjoyed being able to challenge myself with new words. As I practiced, it was very interesting to find the origins of words and how they are used. I want to thank all the teachers and staff at Eagle Ridge Academy who organized the Spelling Bee, helped me prepare and kept encouraging me, while reminding me not to worry too much," shared Itisha.
Itisha demonstrated dedication, poise, and pure joy throughout her spelling bee journey this year. We look forward to seeing what this incredible Gryphon will do next! #GoGryphons

All four students competed in individual events and completed corresponding event testing to determine who would advance to the finals on March 3. During the preliminary results ceremony on March 2, Bhavik, Amaar, and Geoffrey were informed they would advance to their event finals. In addition, Geoffrey was recognized as a "Top 25 Test Scorer" for the Hospitality and Tourism Cluster Exam.
On March 3, Bhavik competed in the DECA state event finals for "Principles of Finance" while Amaar and Geoffrey competed as a team in "Hospitality Team Decision Making". During the late afternoon final awards ceremony, all three students were called to the stage, placing 7th!!
This is a HUGE accomplishment for this first-year team! The Academy is incredibly proud of all DECA members for their hard work this season and we can't wait to see your growth next year! #GoGryphons

In January, sixth grader Itisha B. won the Eagle Ridge Academy Grades 4-8 Spelling Bee after a two-hour showdown with thirty spellers and thirteen rounds. Since winning, Itisha has been busy preparing for the Twin Cities Regional Spelling Bee, which will take place at Saint Paul College tomorrow, March 5!
Eagle Ridge Academy teachers and staff have been helping Itisha practice for her upcoming competition. The latest update from her helpers was that "she is feeling good and good instincts and strategies for words doesn't know." We are proud of her hard work and wish her luck on her journey to qualify for State! #GoGryphons
