Dear Families,
As the year comes to a close, we would like to inform you of a change for the upcoming academic year. Beginning in the 2026-27 school year, Eagle Ridge Academy of Minnetonka will implement an adjustment to the instructional day.
The Minnetonka campus will shift its start and end times by five minutes:
School of Grammar: 8:05 a.m. - 3:05 p.m.
Schools of Logic & Rhetoric: 8:05 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
School doors will open and breakfast service will begin at 7:35 a.m.
Students must be picked up from school no later than 3:35 p.m.
This small change supports families across the entire Eagle Ridge Academy District, particularly those with students attending both the Brooklyn Center and Minnetonka campuses, allowing siblings that attend across campuses to utilize the same morning transportation. It also creates additional enrollment opportunities at the Minnetonka campus for grade levels not served at the Brooklyn Center campus. In addition, this adjustment allows more students to utilize Academy-provided transportation, which will help reduce traffic in the parking lot during drop‑off and pick‑up. Reducing cars in the parking lot is a win for everyone. Transportation schedules will be updated to reflect the adjusted start and finish time.
