Eagle Eye Newsletter: 2/27/2025

Happy Thursday! The latest issue of the Eagle Eye newsletter is now available. The Eagle Eye is Eagle Ridge Academy's translatable community newsletter that is published every other Thursday during the school year. It is a great resource to see important updates and learn what is happening around the school. Here's a preview of what you'll find in this week's newsletter:

  • Virtual Board Candidate Forum and Board Election Begins Wednesday, March 12. The

    election. A

    Candidate Forum

    will be held virtually on Wednesday, March 12, at 6:00 p.m. This online forum will provide an opportunity to meet and question all the candidates who are running for election. The official election will open at the conclusion of the Candidate Forum. Review the election process inside the issue.

  • Message from Executive Director Jason Ulbrich on Expansion. After seven years of devoted service as the School of Grammar principal, Ms. Janelle Mellgren will embark upon a new endeavor as the startup principal for a potential expansion of Eagle Ridge Academy. ERA is grateful for Ms. Mellgren’s years of dedication and look forward to the road ahead with optimism and resolve. Read more from Mr. Ulbrich about this transition inside the issue.

  • Congratulations, Fall 2024 School of Logic Olympus Club Members. Eagle Ridge Academy is full of pride in our students for upholding the promise of the ERA mission by earning Olympus Club. To earn Olympus Club, students must achieve a GPA of 3.33 or higher for final semester grades and must consistently demonstrate honorable character by keeping a clean, consequence-free behavior record.   • Classic Learning Test Results Available. The CLT results are in!

    Across the board, ERA students saw increases in the overall district average score, the average score in the quantitative reasoning section, and students scoring in the 95th and above percentile. View this year's CLT results inside the issue.
