The Eagle Eye: 9/05/2019

Welcome back, Gryphons! We’re excited to share the first Eagle Eye of the 2019-20 school year with you. The Eagle Eye is your school-wide newsletter, published twice per month to share important events, news, and stories happening at Eagle Ridge Academy. Here’s a preview of what you’ll find inside this week’s issue:

  • 2018-19 MCA Scores Show Excellence Across Schools. Mr. Ulbrich shares insight into our scores, including how the independent, third party site SchoolDigger uses them to rank schools and districts. SchoolDigger ranked the Upper School as #1 in Minnesota. The Lower School ranked #16 in the state, and as a district, we ranked #4. Go Gryphons!
  • Formal Dress Day is Coming on Wednesday, Sept. 18. School Portrait Day for the Lower School offers an opportunity for all students K-12 to practice formal dress uniforms before our annual Veterans Day Celebration in November, which is our second required all-school formal dress day for the year. Read the requirements for formal dress on our Uniforms Page.

Read on for more, and have a wonderful rest of your week.
