The Eagle Eye: 2/23/2023

Happy Thursday! This week’s Eagle Eye newsletter is now available! The Eagle Eye is Eagle Ridge Academy’s translatable community newsletter that is published every other Thursday during the school year. It is a great resource to see important updates and learn what is happening around the school. Here’s a preview of what you’ll find in this week’s Eagle Eye:
  • Congratulations to our First Semester Olympus Club Members! Admittance into the Olympus Club appropriately reflects the endless hours these students have spent securing a 2022-2023 first semester grade point average of a 3.33 or above, along with embodying the CIPHER pillars on a daily basis. View the entire list of Olympus Club members inside the issue.
  • Latest Issue of The Link Alumni Newsletter Now Available. The Link is a quarterly newsletter for Eagle Ridge Academy alumni to connect with fellow alumni and the ERA community. Check out this issue to find out more about ERA’s Alumni Association, view upcoming alumni events, read an interview with Lucy Bixby (’13), learn about a non-profit started by three ERA grads, see Alumni Class Notes, and more.
  • Light the Night Virtual Fundraiser February 27-March 3. Eagle Ridge Academy will participate in the annual Light the Night Fundraiser (formally known as Pennies for Patients) beginning next Monday. Light the Night raises money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, whose mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Learn more about this fundraiser inside the issue.

Read on for more and have a wonderful rest of your snow day, Gryphons!
