The Eagle Eye: 2/10/2022

This week’s Eagle Eye newsletter is now available. The Eagle Eye is Eagle Ridge Academy’s translatable community newsletter that is published every other Thursday during the school year. It is a great resource to see important updates and learn what is happening around the school. Please click here to read the newsletter.

Here’s a preview of what you’ll find in this week’s Eagle Eye:

  • Update From Executive Director Jason Ulbrich Regarding Masking at Eagle Ridge Academy. Currently, the Hennepin County Case Rate is trending downward and we predict that masking will be optional for all students and staff within two weeks. Please view this update to be aware of the procedures should we move to optional masking.
  • Now Accepting 2022 Eagle Ridge Academy Board of Directors Election Nominations. On behalf of the Eagle Ridge Academy Board of Directors, we are issuing a call for nominations for the 2022 Board of Directors election. Three teacher seats and two parent/community seats will be open for election. The Board of Directors asks that you nominate yourself or other individuals with the competence and vision to provide skilled leadership for the Academy on or before Friday, March 25.
  • Register for Upcoming Classical Parent Engagement Sessions by Friday, February 25. Whether you are brand new to Classical Education or are a fierce advocate yourself, we have sessions tailored to meet you where you are and to share more about what is true, good, and beautiful in a Classical Education. Preview the available sessions and add your name to the invite list this month.
  • Spring Activities Registration Now Open. We are excited to promote early registration for spring activities (Track & Field, Baseball, Softball, Ultimate Frisbee, Badminton, Golf, and Synchronized Swimming) for students in grades 7-12! Save money by registering before late registration fees are applied on February 18.
