Parent Teacher Conference Reservation System Open October 6-13

Fall conferences will take place on Monday, October 17, and Tuesday, October 18. Please see the conference schedule below.

Monday, October 17

  • School of Grammar: 1:00 – 7:00 p.m.
  • Schools of Logic & Rhetoric: 12:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 18

  • School of Grammar: 7:30 – 11:30 a.m.
  • Schools of Logic & Rhetoric: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The sign-up session for fall conferences will begin on Thursday, October 6, at 7:00 a.m. and will close on Thursday, October 13, at 9:00 p.m. The master password to log into the online conference scheduler has been sent to families via email.

When signing up for conferences, families will be able to choose whether they would prefer to meet teachers in-person in their classrooms or virtually over Zoom. Families who want to request a virtual conference can check off that option either when creating their account on the online conference scheduler or by going to Change My Account Info. You may also request a translator in this section. The Special Request selections will then be shown on the teacher’s schedule for each student.
