Register Now for Spring Break TEL: March 30-April 3, 2020 – Register by March 9 to avoid a $5 per day late fee 
Eagle Ridge Academy will be offering The Eagle’s Lair (TEL) for students in Grades K-6 during Spring Break this year. During Spring Break, we will be learning about different ecosystems, ending the week with a field trip to the Minnesota Zoo. Registration is open Feb. 6-March 9, with a $5/day late fee added for registrations after the deadline.

  • Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Cost: $40* per day, 3/30-4/2 and $55* on 4/3 (includes field trip) – *If students are not yet registered for TEL, they must be registered to join the camp ($30 fee)

Payments will be posted March 10 and are due March 19. If a payment is not made by March 19, the student will not be accepted, with no exceptions. Students should bring water and a bag lunch every day of the break. Students may bring money for the field trip, but TEL is not not liable for the money they bring.

Schedule for March 30- April 2:

  • 7:30- 8:30: Arrival, meet with students- breakfast item provided
  • 8:30- 9:30: Go Noodle/ Kids Bop
  • 9:30-10:30: Introduction to the day, discuss lessons for the day and give instructions
  • 10:30- 12:00: Go over lessons for the day which will include information cohesive with what the Minnesota Zoo teaches
  • 12:00-12:45: Lunch time (Please bring a bag lunch)
  • 12:45- 1:45: Recess time
  • 1:45- 2:30: Calm time ( K can nap, upper level will have an audiobook to listen to)
  • 2:30-2:45: Snack
  • 2:45- 3:45: Game time in the gym
  • 3:45-4:45: Craft Time
  • 4:45-5:45: Episode of Our Planet
  • 5:45-6:00: Clean up and pick up

Schedule for April 3:

  • 7:30- 8:30: Arrival, meet with students- breakfast item provided
  • 8:30-9:00: Go over expectations and group up
  • 9:00-9:45: Drive to the Minnesota Zoo
  • 9:45- 10:15: Walk to designated area and drop off bags and coats if necessary
  • 10:15- 12:30: Walk through various areas and see different shows
  • 12:30-1:15: Meet back at lunch area and have lunch
  • 1:15- 3:00: Finish up at areas
  • 3:00-3:30: Meet back at lunch area, pack up, head to buses
  • 3:30-4:15: Head back to ERA
  • 4:15- 4:30: Snack
  • 4:30- 5:45: Playground or Calm Time
  • 5:45- 6:00: Clean up and pack up

2019-20 Registration – Due August 15, 2019
Enrollment is open for K-6 Eagle Ridge Academy students only. Complete the Electronic Registration form and submit online. The annual registration fee is $20 per student ($40 per family). Contact the TEL supervisor with your attendance needs and the supervisor will enter in the fee. There will be an additional late registration fee of $10 per student ($20 per family) for those not registered by Tuesday, August 15, 2017. Pay online when completing the annual registration form or write check out to Eagle Ridge Academy and include “TEL” in the memo. The Online Registration form needs to be completed prior to the first day of attendance to ensure we are aware of any health/behavioral concerns.

2019-2020 Parent Handbook
The purpose of TEL (The Eagle’s Lair) is to offer Eagle Ridge Academy families a high quality after-school care program. The program is a parent convenience during the ERA Academic Calendar year. In order to best meet the needs of ERA families, we ask that you follow the policies and procedures in this handbook.

TEL Daily Rate: $15/child per day or $8.50/day for TEL care after an activity club
You will be billed online via Infinite Campus at the end of the month. You can pay Online via Infinite Campus, cash, or check written out to Eagle Ridge Academy.

If for any reason your child is unexpectedly attending TEL (i.e., late carpool, late bus pickup) the charge for the day will be $17 instead of $15. To avoid this fee, please sign up for TEL ahead  of time and set your Silent Dismissal to TEL for the day.
