Happy National School Lunch Week! Today, we'd like to shoutout Chef Manager Steve and Chef Emily. 👨🍳 These pictures are of them holding down the Made-to-Order Omelet Bar for Eagle Ridge Academy of Minnetonka staff earlier this year, a beloved tradition and wonderful way to start the day! Not only do they provide great food, but they keep the energy up and have a smile for every one that comes through the lunch line. Thank you! #GoGryphons

This year's theme is Cultivating Life, Liberty, and Happiness: At Home & Beyond. In this talk, University of Virginia Associate Professor/Senior Fellow Angel Adams Parham will discuss what "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" really means, if those ideas hold the same meaning as they did 250 years ago, and how your child's Classical education equips them to engage with these questions in a meaningful way. This month, we are thanking the families, corporate and community partners, and grantors that donated to Eagle Ridge Academy in 2025-26. Their generous gifts made a huge difference in the lives of Eagle Ridge Academy students and staff.
This week, we're shouting out those who donated during Give to the Max to fund new recess equipment. ⚽🤸🏼🏀 "Thank you for giving these sports balls and jump ropes to Eagle Ridge! Everyone likes playing those games and these let more of us play," shared School of Grammar third graders. New equipment and snow gear mean more fun in every season!
This year’s funding will invest in our expanding CIPHER Scholarship Program and endowment, supporting graduating seniors in their pursuit of post-secondary education and providing more opportunities for teachers to participate in Classical professional development. Additional support will benefit the Uniform Bank and foundational needs related to our expansion. If you feel compelled to give this month, you can do so here. #GoGryphons #GivingERA
