Eagle Ridge Academy and the International School of Minnesota, also located in Eden Prairie, have joined together to offer a variety of extra-curricular athletic activities, including middle school and Minnesota High School League soccer, basketball and  track and field.  See the online calendar for game times and locations.

MSHSL Athletic Eligibility Brochure (required once per year per athlete)

MSHSL Sports Health Questionaire (if athlete has had a physical exam within the last 3 years and it is on file)

MSHSL Physical Exam Form (completed by a physician every 3 years; return page 1 before the start of practice)

Winter Sports Registration Form (complete one per athlete)

Please Note:  Basketball participation is limited to students in grades 6-12.  Early Registration runs through Nov. 1 and qualifies you for a discounted price.  Late Registration is from Nov. 2 - Nov. 14.  Students in grades 7-12 who are registering for basketball must read and complete the above forms as required.  Students registering for grade 6 basketball need only return the Winter Sports Registration Form.  Complete and return required forms and payment to the Eden Prairie Campus no later than November 14.  Forms and payment must be received by November 1 to be eligible for the early registration discount.
